Sohack at VU: the launch
From May 13-17, 2024, the Faculty of Philosophy at Vilnius University is hosting an international social hackathon, marking the peak of the ERASMUS+ (KA220-HED) project SOHACK (Social Hacking of Higher Education for Sustainability). Students from Greece, Portugal, and Lithuania will collaborate in international teams, bringing together diverse experiences and skills. Guided by experts, they will seek practical solutions to sustainability challenges faced by the Faculty of Philosophy. This event in Vilnius concludes a series of three hackathons, following ones held in Thessaloniki in March and Lisbon in April. The previous hackathons have demonstrated that these gatherings offer students not only a chance to devise impactful plans but also an excellent opportunity to form new international friendships.
